Ms. Whisenhunt’s hard work and determination have earned her tremendous respect and recognition. She has won numerous awards, including being named one of the nation’s “Top 40 Under 40” by Entrepreneur magazine, the “Small Business Person of the Year” by the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and “Southeast Wholesale Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst & Young. In addition, she was the recipient of the Entrepreneur “Blueprint Award” by Atlanta’s Women Looking Ahead magazine and the “Innovator of the Year” Catalyst Award by Business to Business magazine.

Under Ms. Whisenhunt’s leadership, the company has grown from number 85 in Hispanic Business magazine’s top 500 Hispanic-owned businesses in 1999 to number 44 in 2007.
